Every order that reaches a merchandise subtotal of $2,000 or more qualifies for an automatic 12% discount. The discount is applied at checkout without any coupon code. You'll see it as a line item on the cart page once your subtotal crosses the threshold.
This is the easiest way to save on a larger order. There is nothing to apply for and no waiting on a quote.
If you've built out a cart and want pricing reviewed by our team before you place the order, you can convert the cart directly into a quote request on the cart page. Click the quote request option in the cart and our team will review, apply any available project pricing, and send you a formal quote. This is useful when you're comparing pricing with other suppliers, preparing a bid, or waiting on a project approval before purchasing.
If you have a full fixture schedule for a project and want us to propose alternates that reduce cost without compromising performance, we have a dedicated service for that. Submit your fixture schedule at relightdepot.com/value-engineered-quote and our team will propose value-engineered alternates across the entire package with matching photometric performance, DLC listing where rebates require it, and project-level pricing.
This is typically the best path for contractors, ESCOs, property owners, and GCs working from a designed schedule who have flexibility on manufacturer.

If you're ordering larger quantities outside the scenarios above, or need a one-off quote, we can often do better than the listed price. Volume pricing is available on most product lines.
To request a custom quote:
Include your project name and timeline if this is for a specific job. That helps us work faster. We'll respond with a quote as quickly as possible, usually within one business day.
We also run promotions periodically on specific product lines and brands. Promotional pricing is displayed on the product page when active. No coupon code is typically required.
Product pages show the current listed price. For many products, a "Request a Quote" option is available for volume inquiries. Log in to your account to see any account-specific pricing that may apply, including trade pricing if you're enrolled in the Trade Partner Program.
