Creating a free account on RelightDepot.com takes about two minutes and gives you access to order tracking, saved addresses, order history, printable invoices, and faster checkout. You do not need an account to browse or request a quote, but having one makes repeat ordering much easier.
How to Sign Up
- Go to RelightDepot.com
- Click Log In in the upper right corner of any page
- On the log-in page, click Create Account on the right-hand side
- Fill in your name, email address, a password, and your company name (recommended for business and contractor accounts)
- Click Create Account to submit
You will receive a confirmation email and can start using your account right away.
Benefits of Having an Account
Once your account is set up, you can:
- View your full order history and reorder previous purchases quickly
- Track shipments and check order status from your account dashboard
- Print an invoice for any order from My Account → Orders → Print Invoice
- Save multiple shipping addresses for different job sites
- Check out faster on future orders with saved shipping info
- Submit a tax exemption certificate if your business qualifies (see the tax exempt status article)
Trade Partner Program (Contractors, Designers, and Commercial Buyers)
If you are an electrical contractor, general contractor, designer, or commercial buyer who orders regularly, you may qualify for our Trade Partner Program, which includes trade pricing, dedicated support, and (subject to credit approval) NET 30 terms through Resolve.

Already Placed an Order as a Guest?
If you have placed orders in the past without an account, you can create an account now and we can merge your past orders into your new account on request. This is not automatic. Just email support@relightdepot.com or open a ticket with the email address(es) you used for those past orders and we will link them to your account.
