How to Place an Order

Placing an order on RelightDepot is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step walkthrough from finding the product to completing checkout.

Step 1: Create an Account or Log In

We recommend creating an account before you order. An account lets you:

  • Save multiple shipping addresses
  • Access your order history
  • Track shipments
  • Apply for net terms

To create an account, click "Create Account" in the top navigation on relightdepot.com. You'll need a business email address and your company information.

If you already have an account, log in at the top of the page.

Step 2: Find Your Products

Use the search bar at the top of the site to search by product name, part number, or category. You can also browse by category using the navigation menu.

Tips for finding what you need:

  • Search by manufacturer part number for an exact match
  • Use category filters to narrow by wattage, CCT, mounting type, or certifications
  • If you can't find a product, contact us. We carry more than what's always visible on the site.

Step 3: Review the Product Page

Before adding to cart, review the product detail page carefully:

  • Confirm wattage, voltage, CCT, and mounting type
  • Check the listed lead time or availability
  • Review the spec sheet (usually linked on the product page) for full specifications
  • Note whether the product is DLC-listed if utility rebates are part of your project

Step 4: Add to Cart

Click "Add to Cart." Adjust the quantity if needed. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Step 5: Checkout

At checkout, you'll:

  1. Confirm your shipping address. Select a saved address or enter a new one.
  2. Select a shipping method. Standard shipping is typically the default. Contact us if you need expedited shipping.
  3. Choose your payment method: Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH/wire transfer (contact us to arrange before placing order), or Purchase order (available to approved net-terms accounts only).
  4. Review your order summary before submitting.
  5. Click Place Order.

Step 6: Confirmation

After you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email to the address on your account. That email includes your order number, items ordered, and estimated lead time. Keep it for your records.
