Live chat is the fastest way to get a quick answer while you're on the site. Here's how it works.
When Chat Is Available
Live chat is available on relightdepot.com during business hours:
- Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 8 PM ET
Outside of those hours, the chat widget may still appear but you'll be prompted to leave a message instead. Messages left after hours are reviewed and responded to the next business day.
Starting a Chat Session
- Go to relightdepot.com in your browser.
- Look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page. It typically looks like a speech bubble or a "Chat with us" button.
- Click the icon to open the chat window.
- You may be asked for your name and email address before the chat starts. This helps us pull up your account if needed.
- Type your question or describe what you need help with.
- A member of the team will join and respond in real time.
What Live Chat Is Good For
Live chat works well for:
- Quick product questions (availability, specs, compatibility)
- Order status checks ("Has my order shipped?")
- Finding a product by description when you don't have the part number
- Getting a quote started
- Navigating the website ("Where do I find...?")
For more detailed or complex issues, such as warranty claims or technical troubleshooting, a support ticket or phone call may be more efficient.
If No Agent Is Available
During busy periods, there may be a brief wait before an agent joins. If all agents are busy, you may be offered the option to leave a message. Leave your name, email, and a description of your question and someone will follow up.

After the Chat
At the end of your chat session, you should have the option to receive a transcript via email. If you need documentation of a conversation for your records (for example, a price confirmation or an order commitment), request the transcript before you close the window.
