New to RelightDepot? This guide walks you through the key parts of the site so you can find products, manage your account, and get support quickly.

The Homepage

The RelightDepot homepage gives you quick access to:

• Search bar (top center): Your fastest path to finding a specific product. Search by product name, manufacturer part number, or category.
• Navigation menu: Browse product categories including LED fixtures, lamps, drivers, controls, and accessories.
• Featured products and promotions: Highlighted products and any active deals.
• Account and cart icons (top right): Log in, access your account, or view your cart.

Finding Products

Using Search

Type a product name, part number, or description into the search bar and press Enter. Results include matching products with photos, pricing, and availability indicators.

Search tips:

• Use the manufacturer's part number for an exact match (e.g., "EP4LED50A 5KU PC")
• Search by category terms like "high bay 150W" or "wall pack 40W 5000K"
• If you get no results, try a shorter or more general search term
• Can't find what you need? Contact us. We may carry it even if it's not visible in the catalog.

Using Categories

Browse via the navigation menu to explore products by type. Categories typically include:

• Commercial Fixtures (high bays, troffers, panels, downlights)
• Outdoor Fixtures (wall packs, area lights, flood lights, canopy lights)
• Parking and Site (pole lights, bollards)
• Industrial (high bays, vapor tights, hazardous location)
• Lamps and Retrofit Kits
• Drivers and Controls

Using Filters

On category and search results pages, use the filter panel to narrow results by wattage, CCT, mounting type, certifications (DLC, UL), brand, and more. Filters help when you need a product that meets specific project parameters.

Product Pages

Each product page includes:

• Product title and part number
• Pricing: Listed price, with a quote request option for volume orders
• Key specs: Wattage, lumens, CCT, CRI, voltage range, IP rating, certifications
• Lead time: Estimated shipping time from the vendor
• Spec sheet and documentation: Downloadable product data sheets, photometric files, and certifications
• Product images

Always review the spec sheet before ordering. It's the source of truth for product specifications, warranty terms, and included accessories.

Your Account

Once you're logged in, the My Account section gives you access to:

• Order History: View all past orders, check status, and find tracking numbers
• Saved Addresses: Manage shipping and billing addresses
• Account Details: Update your name, email, phone number, and password
• Quotes: View and manage any saved or pending quotes

The Cart and Checkout

Add products to your cart from any product page. The cart icon in the top right shows your item count. When you're ready to order, click the cart to proceed to checkout.
