Here's what you need to know about how orders ship from RelightDepot, how long they take, and what to expect for larger freight shipments.
RelightDepot ships products directly from manufacturers and distributors across the country. This means lead times and shipping methods vary by product and vendor, not by a single warehouse location.
Most smaller orders ship via UPS or FedEx. Larger orders, oversized products, and palletized items typically ship via LTL freight carriers.
For every product we sell, we display the estimated order processing time directly on the product detail page in a block just below the "Add to Cart" button. The message shows the typical time it takes the item to leave the warehouse, which carrier it usually ships via, and the state the warehouse is located in. Example:
"Ships via UPS or FedEx within 1 business day from CA."
The time and location in this block change based on which warehouse the product is stocked in and the typical order processing time for that facility. Products that can only ship via LTL freight will also indicate that in this block.
This means you can check the expected processing time for any product before you add it to your cart, without having to call in for confirmation.
If you're not looking at a specific product page yet, here is a general guide:

These are general estimates. Always defer to the processing time shown on the product detail page for the specific item you're ordering. If you have a hard deadline, contact us before ordering and we'll verify availability with the vendor.
Some products can ship same day or next day if ordered early enough. Availability depends on the vendor's cutoff times. If you need guaranteed fast delivery, call us at 888-548-6387 or email support@relightdepot.com before placing your order so we can confirm.
Expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight) may be available for UPS/FedEx shipments at additional cost. Not all products are eligible. Contact us to check.
Orders that ship via LTL freight require a few extra considerations:
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories may be available but costs and lead times are higher than the contiguous 48 states. Contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
