Track Your Order

Here's how to find your tracking information and check the status of your shipment.

Step 1: Check Your Email

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address on your account. That email includes:

  • Your order number
  • The carrier name (UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier)
  • Your tracking number(s)
  • A direct link to track the shipment on the carrier's website

If your order has multiple shipments, you'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.

Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. Shipping confirmation emails sometimes get filtered.

Step 2: Track via the Carrier Website

Once you have a tracking number, go directly to the carrier's tracking page:

  • UPS: https://www.ups.com/track
  • FedEx: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
  • LTL freight: Tracking links vary by carrier. The freight carrier will typically contact you to schedule delivery and provide tracking options at that time.

Paste your tracking number into the search field to see real-time status updates.

Step 3: Check Your Account Order History

You can also view order status and tracking information from your RelightDepot account:

  1. Log in at relightdepot.com.
  2. Go to My Account, then Order History.
  3. Find your order and click to view details.
  4. Tracking numbers are listed on the order detail page once the order has shipped.

Tracking Is Not Updating

There's usually a brief delay (a few hours, sometimes up to 24 hours) between when a package leaves the vendor and when carrier tracking starts updating. This is normal.

If tracking hasn't updated in more than 48 hours after your shipping confirmation email:

  • Double-check the tracking number is entered correctly.
  • Try a different browser or clear your cache.
  • Contact us and we'll look into it on our end.

Freight Orders: What to Expect

For LTL freight shipments, tracking works differently than small parcel:

  • The freight carrier will typically call or email you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Make sure your phone number and email are current on your order.
  • Tracking on freight carriers is less granular than UPS/FedEx. You may see only a few status updates (picked up, in transit, out for delivery).
  • When the driver arrives, inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt before the driver leaves.

I Never Received a Tracking Number

If your order shows "Shipped" in your order history but you haven't received a tracking number:

  1. Check spam/junk folders.
  2. Log in to your account and check the order detail page.
  3. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll locate it for you.
