Updating Your Account Information

Keeping your account information current ensures your orders ship to the right place, your invoices are correct, and you receive order updates. Here's how to update different parts of your account.

Accessing Your Account Settings

  1. Go to relightdepot.com.
  2. Click the "Log In" link in the top right of the navigation.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. Navigate to Account Settings or Profile to make changes.

If you can't remember your password, use the forgot password link at relightdepot.com/login.php?action=reset_password to reset it.

Updating Your Contact Information

To update your name, phone number, or email address:

  1. Log in and go to My Account.
  2. Select Account Details or Profile.
  3. Update the fields you need to change.
  4. Save your changes.

Note: If you change your email address, that becomes your new login email. Make sure it's one you have access to, since order confirmations and shipping notifications go there.

Updating Billing Address

To update your billing address:

  1. Log in and go to My Account.
  2. Select Addresses or Payment Methods.
  3. Edit your billing address.
  4. Save your changes.

If you pay by credit card, your billing address should match what's on file with your card issuer to avoid payment failures.

Adding or Updating Shipping Addresses

You can save multiple shipping addresses to your account, which is useful if you're regularly shipping to different jobsites or locations.

  1. Log in and go to My Account.
  2. Select Addresses.
  3. Add a new address or edit an existing one.
  4. Mark a default shipping address if desired.

At checkout, you can select any saved address or enter a new one for that order.

Changing Your Password

  1. Log in and go to My Account.
  2. Select Security or Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Save.

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email address on file.

Updating Business / Company Information

If your company name, tax-exempt status, or business details need to be updated, contact us directly at support@relightdepot.com. Some business account settings are managed on our end.

Net Terms and Payment Method Changes

Changes to your payment method or net terms arrangements are handled by our team. Contact us at support@relightdepot.com or 888-548-6387 to make changes.

Can't Log In?

If you're locked out of your account or can't access your email to reset your password, contact us and we'll help verify your identity and restore access.
