Your RelightDepot account keeps a complete record of all your orders. Here's how to access it and what you can do from there.
Accessing Your Order History
- Log in to your account at relightdepot.com (click "My Account" or the account icon in the top navigation).
- Go to Order History (sometimes listed as "My Orders" or "Past Orders" depending on your view).
- You'll see a list of all orders placed under your account, sorted by most recent.
What You'll See in Order History
Each order in your history shows:
- Order number: Your unique reference for that order
- Order date: When the order was placed
- Order status: Current status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Delivered). See KB-014: Order Status Messages for a full explanation.
- Order total: The total charged for that order
- Items ordered: Product names, quantities, and part numbers
Click on any order to see the full detail view.
Order Detail View
From the order detail page you can:
- View all line items: Products, quantities, pricing per unit, and line totals
- Find tracking numbers: Tracking numbers appear on the detail page once the order ships. Click the tracking number to go directly to the carrier's tracking page.
- View or download your invoice: Available as a PDF for most orders
- See your shipping address: Confirm where the order was sent
- Check estimated delivery or lead time
Downloading Invoices
To download an invoice for your records or accounts payable:
- Navigate to the order detail page (Order History, then click the order number).
- Look for a "Download Invoice" or "Print Invoice" option.
- Save the PDF.
If you need a revised invoice (updated billing address, PO number, or other change), contact us at support@relightdepot.com.
Finding a Specific Order
If you have many orders and need to find a specific one:
- Use the order number from your confirmation email to search (if your account has a search/filter feature).
- Sort by date if you know approximately when you ordered.
- Filter by status to see only open or completed orders.
If you can't locate an order in your history and believe it was placed under a different email address, contact us and we can look it up.
Can't See Your Order History?
A few things to check:
- Are you logged in to the correct account? Orders are tied to the email address used at checkout. If you checked out as a guest or used a different email, the order won't appear in this account.
- Did you check out as a guest? Guest orders don't appear in account order history. Contact us with your order confirmation number and we can look it up.
