What do the different Order Status messages mean?

What do the different Order Status messages mean?

At RelightDepot, we use various Order Status levels to indicate where in the process your order currently sits.  This helps us organize orders and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.  You can use this guide to determine what the order status messages mean:

Order Status
Meaning
Pending
The customer started the checkout process, but has not completed it.  This is not an order yet.
Awaiting Payment
The order has been received along with payment details, but payment has not been captured or received yet.
Confirmed
Our customer service team has confirmed the order with the customer over the phone to make sure you ordered what you expect and will be receiving what you ordered.
Invoiced
Payment has been captured or received in preparation for the order being committed to the manufacturer.
Committed
The order has been committed to manufacturing or is being prepared for shipping.  Items that are built-to-order may have varying assembly or manufacturing times. These orders will be in this state while the items are being built or assembled.
Partially Shipped
Some of the items on your order have shipped.
Completed
All of the items on your order have shipped and the order is now considered complete.
Partially Refunded
The order has some items that have been refunded back to the original payment method.
Refunded
The entire order has been refunded back to the original payment method.
Declined
We are unable to accept this order either due to inventory or pricing issues.
Disputed
This order has been disputed by the customer or we have marked this order as fraudulent and will not be fulfilling the order.
Cancelled
The order has been fully cancelled.  Any authorization on your credit card will become void within 24-48 hours.
Exception
There is an issue with the order and we're trying to get in contact with you to resolve it.  Please call us at 888-548-6387 or email support@relightdepot.com as soon as you can.  If we do not hear from you in a timely manner, your order may be cancelled.
