Purchase Orders and Net Terms at RelightDepot

Purchase Orders and Net Terms

At RelightDepot, purchase orders are handled through our NET 30 Terms offering, which is provided by our financing partner, Resolve. If your business wants to place POs and pay on invoice, this article explains how it works and how to get set up.

How Purchase Orders Work at RelightDepot

At checkout, the "Purchase Order" payment option is listed as NET 30 Terms through Resolve. Resolve is a B2B payments and financing platform that handles the credit review, carries the receivable, and invoices you on NET 30 terms. Once you're approved, you can place orders at any time, issue your own PO number against them, and pay Resolve on the standard 30-day term.

For the full list of accepted payment methods, including credit card, ACH, wire, check, and NET 30 through Resolve, see our article on Payment Methods and Invoicing.

Applying for a Resolve (NET 30) Account

To apply for NET 30 terms:

  1. Visit app.paywithresolve.com/relightdepot and submit the Resolve application.
  2. Resolve performs a short credit review. This is non-intrusive and does not require trade references in most cases.
  3. If approved, Resolve notifies both you and our team, and your RelightDepot account is flagged as eligible for NET 30 at checkout.

Approval is typically fast, often within one business day for straightforward applications. If Resolve needs additional information, they will reach out to you directly.

If you'd prefer, you can also reach out to our team at support@relightdepot.com or 888-548-6387 and we'll send you the application link.

Placing an Order on NET 30

Once your Resolve account is approved:

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. At the payment step, select the NET 30 Terms through Resolve option.
  3. Enter your PO number in the PO field if your accounting process requires one.
  4. Complete checkout. Your order is placed and Resolve will invoice you on NET 30 terms.

Your PO number appears on both the RelightDepot order and the Resolve invoice so you can match the invoice to your internal records.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices on NET 30 orders are handled through Resolve's portal, not directly by RelightDepot. You'll receive an email from Resolve with the invoice and payment instructions. Resolve accepts ACH, wire, and check payments on their platform.

If you need an additional copy of an invoice, or need an invoice sent to a specific AP contact, you can manage those settings in your Resolve account or reach out to us and we'll help.

Late Payments and Account Standing

Keeping invoices current with Resolve keeps your RelightDepot NET 30 standing in good shape. Late or unpaid invoices may result in Resolve pausing your credit line, which would require you to use another payment method at checkout until the account is current.
